Photo & Video Release

Scoop! Boom-Done! may photograph service areas before and after service for quality control, training, documentation, and marketing purposes. No personally identifying information will be published without permission.

Payment Policy

Payment is due according to agreed service terms. Accepted payment methods may include cash, check, electronic payments, and other approved methods. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel recurring service at any time. We request reasonable notice whenever possible. Missed visits due to locked gates, aggressive animals, or unsafe conditions may still be subject to service charges.

Pet Safety Policy

For the safety of our staff and animals, customers are responsible for notifying us of aggressive pets, medical concerns, or special handling instructions. Pets should be secured when necessary.

Ranch & Livestock Service Terms

Ranch, barn, corral, pasture, and livestock cleanup services are quoted individually based on property size, access, animal type, and waste volume. Additional fees may apply for unusually difficult conditions.
